Purchases
As is required to process any transaction, we will collect sensitive information such as credit card details and billing information when you order through our website. Please note that we will only store your credit card information if you elect to purchase a recurring subscription product. If stored, your information will be encrypted in the database and never visible from any computer.
You can remove your credit card from our database at any time from your account management screen.
Program Installation and Maintenance
If you wish for our technicians to perform a software installation, update, or troubleshoot issues with software on your server, sensitive information such as FTP login details and MySQL database information may be requested from you. Access to this information is limited to staff member's directly responding to your request only.

In order to receive support and download purchased software, you will be requested to create an account with Ascad Networks. During the registration process, information such as contact information will be requested. This information can be updated at any time from your account management page.
